Inpatient or residential care is where you live at our Aurora drug and alcohol rehab facility full-time. You typically deal with three phases of recovery at any inpatient center:
Many inpatient programs work with a step-down approach, helping you transition from full-time care to a less intensive outpatient program once you are done with the first part of treatment.
You can participate in short-term residential care or long-term care. Short-term facilities give you treatment for several weeks, while long-term facilities can give you treatment for several months. Residential programs typically require a longer commitment and have a full-time structure of services and therapy.
